2. Statutes and goals of our organization

  • Status of the LIFE Initiative
  • The LIFE Initiative has set itself the goal of helping socially disadvantaged people with bureaucratic problems, financial emergencies, and dealing with government institutions in an easily accessible way. With online counseling, coaching, and other information and support services, the LIFE Initiative aims to help people overcome difficult situations on their own and to act as a bridge to existing assistance services.

    – of aid for politically, racially or religiously persecuted and refugees, as well as
    – of civic engagement for charitable purposes
    according to the last notice we received from the Tax Office for Corporations I, Berlin, tax number 27/671/59876 dated February 20, 2023, in accordance with Section 5 (1) No. 9 of the German Corporation Tax Act (KStG) and Section 3 No. 6 of the German Trade Tax Act (GewStG).

5. Activity report

  • The LIFE Initiative association was founded on 24 January 2023. Currently, about 50 volunteers of the association are active as social coaches and in the association's work. Since August 2022, more than 200 people seeking advice have been supported in solving their bureaucratic problems. There is a high demand for our help. The members of the association are currently trying to recruit and train new volunteers. In addition, the association is in the process of setting up the necessary technical and organisational structures for online social counselling and looking for potential funding programmes and donors.
