Statutes and goals of our organization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/life-initiative.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Satzung-LIFE-Initiative-19.07.2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Statute<\/a> of the LIFE Initiative<\/li>\n<li>The LIFE Initiative has set itself the goal of helping socially disadvantaged people with bureaucratic problems, financial emergencies, and dealing with government institutions in an easily accessible way. With online counseling, coaching, and other information and support services, the LIFE Initiative aims to help people overcome difficult situations on their own and to act as a bridge to existing assistance services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Information on tax exemption<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The LIFE Initiative e.V. is charitable because of the promotion<br \/>\n\u2013 of benevolent purposes,<br \/>\n\u2013 of education and training,<br \/>\n\u2013 of aid for politically, racially or religiously persecuted and refugees, as well as<br \/>\n\u2013 of civic engagement for charitable purposes<br \/>\naccording to the <a href=\"https:\/\/life-initiative.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Freistellungsbescheid-2024.pdf\">last notice<\/a> we received from the Tax Office for Corporations I, Berlin, tax number 27\/671\/59876 dated August 8, 2024, in accordance with Section 5 (1) No. 9 of the German Corporation Tax Act (KStG) and Section 3 No. 6 of the German Trade Tax Act (GewStG).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.
